The Wya Welcome Centre
The Wya Welcome Centre opened its doors on Aborignal Day June 21 2010. The Centre is the gateway to Yuu-thluth-aht culture, people and their economy. Visit the Centre and learn aobut Nuu-chah-nulth language, history, and art. Book a campsite at the beautiful Wya Point Campground or visit the carving shed and watch the artisans turn beautiful ancient cedar logs into works of art. The Campground gift shop and coffee bar offer a range of traditional and modern gifts as well as offering tourists local information on attractions, sites and accomodations. Taste our freshly brewed coffee, cappucinos, home made sandwiches or salmon wraps.
The Welcome Centre hours of operation are 7 days a weeks from 8am to 8pm during the months of April thru October.
The Kwisitis Gift Shop
Situated in the heart of the Pacific Rim National Park, located in the Wickaninnish Interpretive Center.
This store sells First Nations arts and crafts, parks memorabilia, Canadiana giftware and a wide range of novelty items.
You'll find us on Wick Road, 3.5 km from Highway 4. Admission to the Wickaninnish Centre is included in the park use fee. Add mid-March to mid-October under the Hours.
